Remembering Albert Einstein
Albert Einstein is widely known for his theory of relativity (famously captured in his elegant E = mc2 equation), for which he won the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics. Perhaps less well known was Albert Einstein’s fervent support of Jewish refugees during World War II, and the renunciation of his German citizenship. These Judaica letters and correspondence are a rich part of Einstein’s legacy, along with his groundbreaking scientific discoveries.
