Tom Cruise’s ”Mission Impossible” suit worn onscreen as CIA agent Ethan Hunt in the hit 1996 Paramount film. The wardrobe comprises black wool trousers with black braid trim, a double-breasted black wool suit jacket, and a white dress shirt by Turnbull & Asser, London. His black silk bowtie by TM Lewin & Sons is also included. Accompanied by a prop stick of ”2-in-1 explosive gum”, the disguised bomb Cruise uses to blow up the aquarium in the cafe in the beginning, killing his unit’s director Eugene Kittridge. Also included are a pair of stills of Cruise wearing the suit. ”Tom Cruise” is written on the label of each garment, all of which are in near fine condition. With provenance documentation from the Prop Store of London and Christie’s. Sold for $3,355.

Tom Cruise hero costume from ”A Few Good Men”. Cruise stars as Lieutenant Daniel Kaffee, USN, JAG Corps. Costume comprises a short-sleeved button-down khaki shirt with Kaffee name tag, stripe decoration and metal pins on the collar. Shirt is an official US Navy issue garment in size M. With peaked cap in khaki vinyl with black bill and band and metal decoration. Cap by Bernard is accompanied by a typed label reading, ”Tom Cruise/Kaffee / Production 2611-1 / Hero 1-1 / Western Costume Co.” Two faint stains to top of cap, else near fine.
