Screen-Used Ralph McQuarrie Original Model of Star Trek’s USS Enterprise From 1976
Ralph McQuarrie and Ken Adam designed model for Star Trek’s USS Enterprise, with McQuarrie’s influence evident in the model’s triangular design, while still retaining the original Starship Enterprise aesthetic by Matt Jefferie. Made in 1976 for the unproduced “Star Trek: Planet of the Titans”, this model was subsequently screen-used in “Star Trek: The Next Generation” as part of the armada destroyed in the epic “Battle of Wolf 359” between the United Federation of Planets and the Borg Collective.
At the time of this model, McQuarrie was completing work on “Star Wars”, whose influence has been noted here, specifically, its similarity to the Star Destroyers of “Star Wars”. The design of this model is also the inspiration for the redesigned USS Discovery starship in 2017’s “Star Trek: Discovery”. Ship measures 15″ x 8″ wide, made of wood and plastic and with tape and ink accents. Professional repair where nacelle pylons meet the secondary hull, overall in very good condition, stunning for display. Accompanied by the book “The Art of Star Trek”, where the model is photographed and featured on page 56. Sold for $9,725.
Star Trek cast signed photo, in a limited edition #863 of 2,500. Signed in black marker by all 7 original cast members: William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, DeForest Kelley, George Takei, Nichelle Nichols, Walter Koenig and James Doohan. Visible portion of photo measures 13.75” x 10.75”, framed to 20.25” square. With COA from Ken Goldin as well as sticker by Paramount Pictures on verso, copyrighted 1993. Near fine condition. Handwritten signed recollection by William Shatner on the early days of ”Star Trek” and the camaraderie that developed between himself, Leonard Nimoy and DeForest Kelley. Composed on his personal stationery, Shatner writes, ”These early shows were quite an exploration. Not just the amount of work memorizing ten pages and preparing ten pages for tomorrow but in getting to know the other players. Obviously I spent most of the time with Leonard and DeForest. We would discuss what we were saying in the script – but also we began to explore each other’s brains – I found that Leonard and I had so much in common – same background, same journey up through the ranks – children, wife. It was the beginning of a wonderful friend. DeForest who was a southerner, was different. But what [a] lovely gentleman – beautiful manners, and such a kind way of speaking. He led a settled life and loved the routine of coming to work and going home to his beloved wife – the three of us began to work together as a team – Dialogue between characters can be like a tennis game, the conversational ball batted back and forth can make for good drama but also the audience can ” sense the camraderie between the actors. Klingon head mask from the courtroom scene of “Star Trek VI: Undiscovered Country.” Worn by background actors in the scene’s upper balconies. Prosthetic mask airbrushed brown with signature Klingon forehead ridges. Long, dark hair added behind ridges as well as light-brown eyebrows and goatee. Velcro strip in back of mask concealed by hair. Mask measures 12″ x 7″ x 11.5″. Mint condition. Sold for $1,000.

Star Trek Vulcan robe and skullcap. Long white robe features gray sash with rectangular resin Vulcan badge and gold accents. Red skullcap features matching Vulcan badge and two ear holes for Vulcan’s signature pointy ears. Rare full costume from the classic American sci-fi series in mint condition. Sold for $985.
Mark Hamill’s Screen-Worn Hero Pants in the Original 1977 ”Star Wars” as Luke Skywalker
Screen-worn ”hero” costume pants worn by Mark Hamill in his career-defining role as Luke Skywalker in the 1977 epic film ”Star Wars”, the first in the groundbreaking trilogy. As one of the top-grossing films of all time, George Lucas’ first film in the successful series won six Oscars, among many other awards. In a galaxy far, far away, Hamill donned these iconic pants as the Jedi Knight of all Jedi Knights, wearing the costume pants throughout much of the film. Sand-colored ”cotton drill” Levi’s pants are purposely distressed to display wear, with dirt to back right pocket and in spots to front of pant legs. In fact, in an accompanying article, Mark Hamill said of the pants, ”By the way, those pants I wore were just bleached Levi’s with the tag still in them.” Pants measure 29” waist x 37” in length with two 6” slits up each side. Customized by the famous London costumier, Bermans & Nathans, original tag sewn to inseam reads: ”Bermans & Nathans / 40 Camden St., / London N.W. 1” tag with a ”Mark Hamill / 10490 Luke / Star Wars” printed in type beneath it. Very good condition overall. Also with tags attached from both Christie’s, where the pants were originally auctioned, and Sotheby’s, from its 1998 auction. Sold for $60,000.
Tom Cruise ”A Few Good Men” Hero Uniform Shirt & Hat
Tom Cruise hero costume from ”A Few Good Men”. Cruise stars as Lieutenant Daniel Kaffee, USN, JAG Corps. Costume comprises a short-sleeved button-down khaki shirt with Kaffee name tag, stripe decoration and metal pins on the collar. Shirt is an official US Navy issue garment in size M. With peaked cap in khaki vinyl with black bill and band and metal decoration. Cap by Bernard is accompanied by a typed label reading, ”Tom Cruise/Kaffee / Production 2611-1 / Hero 1-1 / Western Costume Co.” Two faint stains to top of cap, else near fine. With documentation from Vietnam Veterans of America. Sold for $4,063.
Tom Cruise Screen-Worn Wardrobe From Mission Impossible — From The Cafe Scene — With a Prop Stick of ”Two in One” Exploding Gum
Tom Cruise’s ”Mission Impossible” suit worn onscreen as CIA agent Ethan Hunt in the hit 1996 Paramount film. The wardrobe comprises black wool trousers with black braid trim, a double-breasted black wool suit jacket, and a white dress shirt by Turnbull & Asser, London. His black silk bowtie by TM Lewin & Sons is also included. Accompanied by a prop stick of ”2-in-1 explosive gum”, the disguised bomb Cruise uses to blow up the aquarium in the cafe in the beginning, killing his unit’s director Eugene Kittridge. Also included are a pair of stills of Cruise wearing the suit. ”Tom Cruise” is written on the label of each garment, all of which are in near fine condition. With provenance documentation from the Prop Store of London and Christie’s. Sold for $3,355.
