Picasso’s “Modele nu et Sculptures” etching was part of a series of etchings commissioned by art dealer Ambroise Vollard and features a fusion of classic art and rigid geometric elements. We sold a Picasso signed “Modele nu et Sculptures” etching from an edition of 250 for $11,550.

Pablo Picasso Signed Postcard with Sketch
We realized $11,075 for a postcard with an original Picasso sketch signed ”Picasso / le 8.3.67”. Sketch depicts a bearded face in blue ballpoint pen and appears on the back of a postcard featuring a Picasso painting. Postcard is addressed to musician Oscar Gewelt and is postmarked on 9 March 1967 from Cannes, France.

Pablo Picasso Signed Program from 1961
We sold a Pablo Picasso signed program for $2,750. Program is titled “30 CUADRO INEDITOS” and features a color image of his 1951 artwork Corrida en Arles. Picasso signs “Picasso / 18.2.61” on back of program. Item is also accompanied by a PSA/DNA COA.

Pablo Picasso Signed Postcard
We realized $2,500 for a Pablo Picasso signed postcard to musician Oscar Gewelt. Signature is in blue felt tip and has a long flourish underneath that spans the length of the postcard. Front of postcard features Picasso’s painting ”Woman in a Rocking-Chair” and is cancelled on 17 October 1970 from Cannes, France.

Pablo Picasso Signed Poster
We sold a Pablo Picasso signed anniversary poster for $2,342. On a poster headlined, ‘A tes 20 ans, Pablo!’ Picasso writes in French with orange crayon, ”For George / [one illegible word] / Your / Friend / Picasso / The / 11. / 11. / 61.” Poster measures 14.75 x 22.5 inches, but has been mounted and framed to an overall size of 24 x 31 inches.
