Rush Signed Power Windows Lithograph of the Artwork
Neil Ellwood Peart OC (/pɪərt/; September 12, 1952 – January 7, 2020) was a Canadian musician, songwriter, and author, best known as the drummer and primary lyricist of the rock band Rush. Peart earned numerous awards for his musical performances, including an induction into the Modern Drummer Readers Poll Hall of Fame in 1983, making him the youngest person ever so honoured. Known to fans by the nickname ‘The Professor’, his drumming was renowned for its technical proficiency and his live performances for their exacting nature and stamina.
Rush signed lithograph of the 1985 “Power Windows” album art, the moody design by artist Hugh Syme contrasting the natural world against the forces of technology. Lithograph is signed by all three band members at lower margin in black felt-tip: Alex Lifeson, Neil Peart and Geddy Lee. Numbered 327 in the limited edition of 500. Lithograph measures 22″ x 28″, in near fine condition. With The Rush Collection COA. Sold for $1,300.
