Sell Your Ross Youngs Autograph

Ross Middlebrook “Pep” Youngs (April 10, 1897 – October 22, 1927) was an American professional baseball player. Nicknamed “Pep”, he played ten seasons in Major League Baseball for the New York Giants from 1917 through 1926, playing right field almost exclusively. Youngs was a part of the Giants teams that won four consecutive National League pennants and the 1921 and 1922 World Series.

Lou Gehrig & Babe Ruth Signed Baseball

Lou Gehrig & Babe Ruth signed baseball. Official League ball signed on the sweet spot with a Babe Ruth autograph in black ink. Additionally signed by fellow “Murderers Row” member, Lou Gehrig on adjacent panel in black ink. Ruth autograph rates PSA 6-7; Gerhrig signature rates PSA 8. Accompanied by PSA/DNA letter of authenticity certifying that the Babe Ruth autograph and the Lou Gehrig autographs are authentic. An exceptional Babe Ruth signed baseball etc. and a must-have for Yankees collectors. Sold for $18,500.

Lou Gehrig Inscribed and Signed Photo

Rare inscribed and signed photo of Lou Gehrig. Boldly inscribed in black fountain ink: “…To George / With Kindest Regards / Cordially / Lou Gehrig.” The New York Yankee first baseman put up some of baseball’s most impressive offensive statistics while playing in 2,130 consecutive games over 14 seasons, a record that stood for more than 50 years until Cal Ripken Jr. broke it in 1995. Gehrig’s consecutive streak was halted only by the stunning diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, the debilitating disease of the nervous system that would come to bear his name. Photo measures 4″ x 6″ and is accompanied by original frame. Excellent condition. A rare personalized item from the beloved “Pride of the Yankees.” Sold for $5,500.

Excellent Babe Ruth Louisville Slugger Baseball Bat Signed — With PSA/DNA

Babe Ruth bat signed. Louisville Slugger 40-BR 1930s game model wooden bat signed by Babe Ruth in black ink. With ”Trade Mark George Babe Ruth” signature engraved near top of bat. Signature is faded, though still visible. Accompanied by a PSA/DNA COA guarantying that the Babe Ruth signature is authentic.  Sold for $10,208.

Larry Jansen’s 1951 New York Giants Away Game Uniform — All-Star Year for Jansen When Giants Won National League Pennant

1951 New York Giants uniform. This is the away game jersey and pants set issued to Larry Jansen as pitcher on one of the most memorable teams in baseball history. The 1951 New York Giants defeated the Brooklyn Dodgers for the National League pennant in a thrilling tiebreaker that culminated in the classic baseball moment called ”The Shot Heard Round the World.” In addition to being winning pitcher of that game, Jansen was named an All-Star that year. Wool uniform featuring the classic Giants team colors and styling was manufactured by MacGregor Goldsmith. ”Jansen” is embroidered in orange beneath the label inside his #46 button-front jersey; sized 44 in near fine condition. Button-fly pants feature elasticized ankles and are size 36. Minor staining to pant leg near left hip and light soiling to right pant leg, likely dirt from wear during play, else near fine. From the personal estate of Larry Jansen. Sold for $2,886.

1951 New York Giants Pitcher Larry Jansen’s Home Game Uniform — Worn During the Year That the Giants Famously Won the National League Pennant

1951 New York Giants uniform. This is the home game jersey and pants set worn by Larry Jansen the year that the New York Giants defeated the Brooklyn Dodgers for the 1951 National League pennant in a thrilling tiebreaker. 1951 New York Giants team-signed bat issued to Larry Jansen. Signed by 27 members of the National League championship-winning team sign the barrel of the Louisville Slugger, which has “World Series 1951 / Jansen / New York Giants” branded into the bat. Signatures in pencil include: “Willie Mays”, “George Spencer”, “Al Corwin”, “Jim Hearn”, “Sal Yvars”, “Eddie Stanky”, “Wes Westrum”, “Sal Maglie”, “Bobby Thomson”, “Jack Lohrke”, “Whitey Lockman”, “Monte Irvin”, “Dave Koslo”, “Don Mueller”, “Dave Williams”, “Henry Thompson”, “Bill Rigney”, “Herman Franks”, “Sheldon Jones”, “Hank Schenz”, “Monte Kennedy”, “Frank Shellenback”, “Clint Hartung”, “Rafael Noble”, “Larry Jansen” and 2 others. 1954 World Series Champs New York Giants Team-Signed Baseball — Willie Mays, Larry Jansen and 27 More — From Estate of Larry Jansen — With PSA/DNA COA

Baseball signed by the 1954 World Series champion New York Giants team. 29 signatures include: “W Mays”, “Foster Castleman”, “Hank Thompson”, “Ray Katt”, “John McCall”, “Bill Taylor”, “Al Dark”, “B Hofman”, “Sal Maglie”, “Al Corwin”, “Whitey Lockman”, “Jim Rhodes”, “Hoyt Wilhelm”, “Don Mueller”, “Bill Gardner”, “Marv Grissom”, “Jim Hearn”, “Larry Jansen”, “Monte Irvin” and “Don Liddle”. A notation by an unknown hand labels the ball “1954 World Champions / N.Y. Giants”. Warren Giles National League ball by Spalding shows faint smudging to some signatures and light soiling to seams, else near fine. From the personal estate of Larry Jansen. With PSA/DNA COA for all signatures, except Leo Durocher’s signature which is stamped. Sold for $1,477.
