Remembering Marilyn Monroe
Marilyn Monroe, born Norma Jeane, became a Hollywood icon in the 1950s and 60s. Known for her comic timing, screen presence and vulnerability her films are still celebrated decades later. Some of her most cherished movies include Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, Some Like it Hot and The Seven Year Itch. Monroe created Marilyn Monroe Productions in 1955 to avoid typecasting, control her image and have more power over she collaborated with. Her legacy lives on today and her memorabilia and autographs are among the most sought after in Hollywood collectibles.
