John Hill Vegetable System

The John Hill Vegetable System is a very important work from colonial times in 26 volumes that tells you the science of vegetables with numerous hand colored plates that are so desired in 18th and 19th century works that are similar (ex: Audubon).  It was a pioneering set of books and one that has sold very well at auction.  The main deterrence that sellers have found when selling the John Hill Vegetable System is that their set is incomplete and this hampers the sales price greatly.

Here are some prices realized of the complete set of the c and we at Nate D.
