Sell Your Honus Wagner Game Used Bat
Honus Wagner, nicknamed “The Flying Dutchman”, is one of the most legendary players from the MLB who played during the dead-ball era. He spent 21 seasons with the Louisville Colonels and Pittsburgh Pirates between 1897 and 1917. Wagner was an eight-time American League batting champion, five-time National League stolen base leader and lead the league in RBIs five times. In 1917, at the time of his retirement, he held the record for the most steals of home with 27. Wagner had a career batting average of .329, 722 stolen bases, 1,732 runs batted in and 3,430 hits. Many regard Wagner as one of the best shortstops in the history of baseball and among one of the best players. He was inducted to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1936 as one of their inaugural five among Ty Cobb, Christy Mathewson, Walter Johnson and Babe Ruth.
