Charlie’s Angels is an American crime drama television series that aired on ABC from September 22, 1976 to June 24, 1981, producing five seasons and 115 episodes. The series was created by Ivan Goff and Ben Roberts and was produced by Aaron Spelling. It follows the crime-fighting adventures of three women working at a private detective agency in Los Angeles, California, and originally starred Kate Jackson, Farrah Fawcett (billed as Farrah Fawcett-Majors), and Jaclyn Smith in the leading roles and John Forsythe providing the voice of their boss, the unseen Charlie Townsend, who directed the crime-fighting operations of the “Angels” over a speakerphone.[1] There were a few casting changes: after the departure of Fawcett, Cheryl Ladd joined; after Jackson departed, Shelley Hack joined, who was subsequently replaced by Tanya Roberts.

Poster From Personal Collection of Farrah Fawcett CAG
The best selling pin-up poster of all time, authenticated by CAG as being from the personal collection of its star, Farrah Fawcett. Farrah posed for this photo in 1976, which catapulted her into stardom and landed her a role on “Charlie’s Angles”. She actually earned less from the TV show than she did from royalties on the poster, which became an emblem of the 1970s and popularized her famous feathered hairstyle. Poster measures 20″ x 28″, encapsulated in flexible casing by CAG to a size of 21.25″ x 30.625″. With original printing information to lower left, “CL14-507 FARRAH 1976 PRO ARTS INC., MEDINA, OHIO, U.S.A.”, likely a first printing since it belonged to Farrah. Folded into eighths, overall very good condition. One of the few posters that comes from the personal collection of Farrah Fawcett. Sold for $1,076.
