Bill Russell played professional basketball between 1956 through 1969 for the Boston Celtics. The Celtics were so dominant during Russell’s career largely due to his analytical defensive style. His career stats include 14,522 points, 21,620 rebounds and 4,100 assists. During Russell’s 13 year basketball career he won 11 championships and holds the record most basketball championships won. He also was on the U.S. basketball Olympics team in 1956 and won a gold medal. President Barack Obama awarded Russell with the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2011 for his basketball achievements as well as for his efforts in the Civil Rights Movement. Upon retiring from his playing career, Russell coached for the Boston Celtics, Seattle Supersonics and the Sacramento Kings between 1966 and 1988. He has also worked as a color commentator for golf and has written books including the title Second Wind: The Memoirs of an Opinionated Man published in 1979.

Boston Celtics Forward Bird, 76ers “26.9” Man Julius Erving, and Lakers Guard Johnson divide this horizontal card titled “Scoring Leader,” which features three of professional basketball’s all-time greatest scorers. Bronze Hall of Fame trophy awarded to basketball superstar Jamaal Wilkes. Known for his defensive prowess, solid rebounding skills and deadly jump shot, Wilkes won four NBA championship rings in a career that spanned from 1975 to 1984. A member of the famous ”Showtime” Los Angeles Lakers squad of the early 1980’s, Wilkes had his number retired by the team on 28 December 2012. This trophy was presented to Wilkes at the National Basketball Hall of Fame induction ceremony on 7 September 2012 in Springfield, Massachusetts. Bronze statue features a stylized basketball-textured finial and two plaques affixed to the front of the base which read ”Jamaal Wilkes” and ”Class of 2012” respectively. Measures 19.5” in height with a base diameter of 6.75”. Weighs 12 lbs., 8 oz. Fine condition. A substantial tribute to one of the most distinguished players of his era. Chet ”The Jet” Walker’s NBA Championship Ring From 1967
NBA championship ring awarded to Chet Walker upon the Philadelphia 76ers’ victory in the 1967 championship game. The team widely considered the greatest of all time won the final against the San Francisco Warriors. Walker, an agile forward was named to the first ever all-rookie NBA team and was formally inducted into the prestigious Hall of Fame on 7 September 2012. After retiring as an athlete Walker authored an autobiography, ”Long Time Coming: A Black Athlete’s Coming-Of-Age in America” and then became a successful producer in Hollywood. Heavy gold square-shaped ring features a diamond, set centrally into a red stone with ”Philadelphia World Champions” inscribed to the setting. To the left of center is the team logo ”76” and Walker’s name. Opposite is an NBA logo and the year 1967, with record of ”Won 68 Lost 13”. Ring in 14kt gold is size 13.5. Weighs 32 grams. Near fine. Obtained directly from Chet Walker and with an LOA from him. Sold for $34,375.
