Antonio Cirino (1888 -1983) was an Italian painter known for his fluid painting technique in oil pigments. Cirino painted the outdoors for his entire artistic carerer as he was a keen student of nature.

Antonio Cirino oil on canvas, providing an aerial view of a winter scene in a sparse residential neighborhood. Painting is characteristic of the modern impressionist style of the Rockport School, of which Cirino was a prominent member. Signed “A. Cirino” at lower left. Measures 30″ x 25″, framed. Very good condition. Sold for $3,600.
