Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” Gold album issued by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) and presented to Epic Records to commemorate more than 500,000 copies sold. The record label states ‘side 2’ and lists popular singles Beat It” and “Billie Jean.” The award includes a Gold Sales Award tape, and the “Thriller” album cover photo on a commemorative plaque with an RIAA hologram, all enclosed in a 16.5″ x 21″ black frame. Light scratching to frame, otherwise fine. Sold for $1,876.
