Martin Luther King Original I Have a Dream Pennant 63
Nicely preserved bright red, white and blue pennant from the “March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom” held in Washington DC on 28 August 1963 where Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered his “I Have a Dream” speech. Pennant reads “We Shall Overcome” and “I marched for equality in the freedom parade / August 28, 1963 / Washington D.C.” Measures 16″. Pennant has two small .5″ chips and a 2″ tear, else good condition. A rare collectible for the most famous Civil Rights march on Washington. Sold for $934.
