Stan Lee (born Stanley Martin Lieber; December 28, 1922 – November 12, 2018) was an American comic book writer, editor, publisher, and producer. He rose through the ranks of a family-run business to become Marvel Comics’ primary creative leader for two decades, leading its expansion from a small division of a publishing house to a multimedia corporation that dominated the comics and film industries.
Stan Lee signed “The Avengers Omnibus” hardcover book, featuring The Avengers comics #1-30, along with cover art and sketches from the original issues. Book is additionally signed on the front free endpaper in silver felt-tip by 8 members of the cast: Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Chris Evans as Captain America, Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, and Paul Bettany as Vision. Now out of print, book runs 744pp. and measures 7.5″ x 11.125″. Dust jacket is near fine, and book itself is in fine condition. With COAs for each signature from Celebrity Authentics. Sold for $2,000.
