Sell Your 1973 Topps Guy Lafleur #72 PSA 10
Guy Lafleur is a former professional hockey player from Thurso, Quebec. He began playing hockey at age five and played for the Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament then began playing for the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League as a teen. He joined the Canadiens of the National Hockey League in 1971 who he played with for fourteen years and won the Hart Trophy twice as NHL’s Most Valuable Player. The Canadiens won five Stanley Cups with Lafleur. Lafleur is remembered for being a strong scorer was the first NHL player to score 50 goals and 100 points each season for six consecutive seasons. Lafleur retired after the 1984-1985 season and was soon inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1988. However, he promptly came out of retirement to play three more seasons in 1988 and officially retired from hockey in 1991 after playing for the New York Rangers and Quebec Nordiques.
