Disney 101 Dalmatians Animation Cel — Frame From The Scene When The Puppies Are Born & Roger Revives One
Disney “101 Dalmatians” animation cel. Filmed in production of the 1961 animated feature, cel is from the touching scene when Pongo and Anita’s puppies are born and Pongo watches in amazement at the towel-wrapped bundle in Roger’s hands as Roger resuscitates Pongo and Anita’s newborn puppy within. Cel measures 10″ x 8″ and is matted to an overall size of 14″ x 12″. Mat has some toning and wear, cel is in near fine condition. With original Disney sticker affixed to verso reading, “This is an original handpainted celluloid drawing actually used in a Walt Disney production. Released exclusively by Disneyland”. Sold for $1,902.
Original ”101 Dalmatians” Disney Cel — Large Cel of Pongo the Dalmatian Measures 12” x 10”
Large cel used in the 1961 Disney film ”101 Dalmatians”, showing Pongo the dalmatian. Cel is affixed to printed background on black painted board measuring 12” x 10”, with Disney label on verso. With two acetate overlays stapled at top. Cracking to paint at bottom, otherwise near fine condition. Sold for $938.

Walt Disney signed reproduction cel from his animation classic ”Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”. Disney’s large signature – measuring approximately 6.25” x 3” with a flourish, appears on the mat underneath the illustration from ”Snow White”, Disney’s groundbreaking film that ushered in the Golden Age of Animation. With Walt Disney Productions label on verso and ”Walt Disney’s Snow White” handwritten in cursive on mat under image. Mat measures 16” x 14.5”. Light toning and chipping to edges, overall very good plus condition. Sold for $4,125.
Ray Bradbury Personally Owned Disney Animation Sleeping Beauty Cel of Maleficent
Ray Bradbury’s Disney animation Sleeping Beauty cel of Maleficent. Cel depicts the 1959 film’s notorious villainess looking appropriately devious, her raven sidekick Diablo perched on her hand. Hand-painted cel is cut out precisely and mounted to an illustrated background. Actual art measures 6.75” x 8.5”. Mounted and matted to an overall size of 18.5” x 16.5”. Tiny chip to black paint on Maleficent’s head and toning to mat, else near fine. With Disney COA stamp to right corner and Disney COA sticker to verso. With a COA from the Ray Bradbury estate. Sold for $3,781.
