Wilton Norman Chamberlain was an American basketball player who played as a center and is considered one of the greatest players in history. He played for the Philadelphia/San FranciscoWarriors, the Philadelphia 76ers, and the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played for the University of Kansas and also for the Harlem Globetrotters before playing in the NBA. Chamberlain holds numerous NBA records in scoring, rebounding, and durability categories. Chamberlain is the only player in NBA history to average at least 30 points and 20 rebounds per game in a season, which he accomplished seven times. Sold for $3,150.

Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame ring awarded to Elvin Hayes upon his induction in 1990. 10kt. gold Jostens ring. The square-shaped ring features a diamond set atop a red back stone with ”Basketball Hall of Fame” engraved to gold surrounding stones. One side has ‘year of his induction, ‘1990” engraved above two basketball players in relief. Opposite side has ”Elvin Hayes” engraved above the Hall of Fame official logo. Ring weighs approximately 34 grams or 1.25 oz. Fine condition. With a COA from Hayes. Obtained from Hayes directly. Sold for $56,250.

Bronze Hall of Fame trophy awarded to basketball superstar Jamaal Wilkes. Known for his defensive prowess, solid rebounding skills and deadly jump shot, Wilkes won four NBA championship rings in a career that spanned from 1975 to 1984. A member of the famous ”Showtime” Los Angeles Lakers squad of the early 1980’s, Wilkes had his number retired by the team on 28 December 2012. This trophy was presented to Wilkes at the National Basketball Hall of Fame induction ceremony on 7 September 2012 in Springfield, Massachusetts. Bronze statue features a stylized basketball-textured finial and two plaques affixed to the front of the base which read ”Jamaal Wilkes” and ”Class of 2012” respectively. Measures 19.5” in height with a base diameter of 6.75”. Weighs 12 lbs., 8 oz. Fine condition. A substantial tribute to one of the most distinguished players of his era. Accompanied by a COA from Jamaal Wilkes. Sold for $44,688.
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Game-Worn Goggles — Worn During the 1980s With the Lakers
Goggles worn by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar while playing with the Lakers. With an LOA by Ken Kragen describing that they were won at a charity auction in the 1980s by Kragen, a well-known music producer who had seats in the 3rd row behind the Lakers bench for 37 years. These goggles, famously worn by Abdul-Jabbar during his games, are composed of clear plastic frames with a black adjustable elastic band to secure them in place and rubber padding on the nose section. Measure approximately 6.25” x 6”, not including elastic band. Some wear from use and with tape securing the black band to the frame. Overall very good condition. Sold for $7,500.

Unique 1954 Wilt “Stilt” Chamberlain Personally-Owned Trophy — Won as an 18-Year-Old While Working a Summer Job
One-of-a-kind trophy presented to NBA legend, Wilt Chamberlain. This beautiful 30″ tall figural trophy is engraved: “Presented To Wilt ‘Stilt’ Chamberlain, For Outstanding Character, Ability, Teamplay Displayed, His ‘FAYS’ Teammates [followed by 11 names]”. In 1954, Chamberlain worked during his summers as a bellhop in a Catskill’s resort named Kutsher’s Country Club, which fielded an employee basketball team called the “FAYS” (coached by Joe Fay) and where Boston Celtics Coach Red Auerbach spotted Chamberlain and tried to recruit him. A rare trophy in very good condition. Sold for $2,500.
