1939 Ted Williams, Outfielder, Boston Red Sox Play Ball card. Number 92. Rare collectible of the leftfielder alternately nicknamed “The Kid,” “Teddy Ballgame” and “The Thumper.” Arguably the greatest hitter in the game’s history, Williams was a two-time MVP winner, led the league in batting six times, won the Triple Crown twice, and was the last player in history to bat over .400 in a season.
